its finally raya sem break...but holidays always change my daily routine, turn my time upside down(like an owl)..eat eat eat and only eat...so unhealthy! hahaha but things change..u can be more healthy when u cook ur own food *wink*
Tomaten mit Brot

chopped tomato

small bun

chopped onion

butter which spread on bun

mix the chopped tomato and onion plus with a lil bit of salt, black pepper, pasley, olive oil

spread the mixer on the butter bun

microwave it
Cornflakes mit Milch
prepare the milk

add the cornflakes into the milk..*tada* hahaha thats for tea time
gekühlt Zitrone Käsekuchen

the biscuit base*spread evenly*
(240g digestive biscuit crumble add with 120-150g melted butter)

whisk chilled evaporated milk(1 tin) til thick and double in bulk

240g cream cheese

dissolve gelatine powder in boiling water. Cool, add 60ml lemon juice

180-200g castor sugar(thats y pastry is fattening T^T )

beat cream cheese until smooth, add caster sugar and vanilla. Beat well
Fold in milk, lemon and gelatine mixture

Pour into the prepared crumb-crust and chill overnight before serving
(but was dig by the "mice" during midnight..hahaha)

Englisch Frühstücks-Set

a piece of fillet mix with lemon and cheese topping, an Omelette,
2 sausages, a ham and some wedges
and mom's cooking too! so can u imagine how healthy i would be by the end of the holidays? hahahhaahha
